Logistical Information
Exhibit set ups begin at 7 a.m. (maps attached and other instructions below)
- Steering Committee members will have a table to put limited amount of literature
- Platinum Level sponsor will have a 10 x 10 space, with an 8' table and four chairs, in prime area along side podium & riser. A round table of 8 will be reserved in your company name for use throughout the day.
- Gold Level sponsors will have 6' tables, with two chairs, along the Atrium walls.
- Display tables will be assigned and labeled when you arrive. Please indicate to Carol Cash whether you need access to electricity.
- If you need to rent additional equipment, please let Carol Cash know before March 3rd no exceptions!
Registration begins at 8 a.m
- Nametags and lunch tickets will be distributed.
- Platinum – 10 lunch tickets
- Gold – 4 lunch tickets
- Patron – 1 lunch ticket
General Rules for Usage of Capitol Square Complex
- Capitol Buildings and Grounds shall be available for use between hours of 7 a.m. and 12 a.m.
- All materials not carried in must be brought through the Loading Dock. The entrance to the loading dock is on the Broad Street entrance and opens at 7a.m. (printable map above.)
- There is no on-site parking in the loading dock during normal business hours or on the Plaza. If you have materials to unload for an event on the Plaza, they must be unloaded at the sidewalk and carried onto the Plaza.
- Corporate Banners are prohibited. The non-profit, in this case "Ohio Aerospace Day" must be prominent on all signage. If you have questions, please contact Carol Cash.
- The use of stickers of any kind (including stick-on name tags) is prohibited inside the building.
- Please do not tape, staple, nail or in any way affix objects to the walls, windows, columns, balconies or doors anywhere in the complex.
- Helium balloons are not permitted.
